Prop up your phone
Lean your iPhone against anything at roughly chest height, then step back until your upper body fills the frame.
Most boxing games are played with your thumbs. StrikeLab is played with your body. Prop your iPhone up, step back, and the front camera reads every jab, hook, uppercut and slip you throw, scoring them round by round.
No account setup marathon, no hardware pairing, no calibration wizard. Stand up and box.
Lean your iPhone against anything at roughly chest height, then step back until your upper body fills the frame.
Targets appear telling you which punch or defensive move comes next. Throw it for real and the camera reads it.
Clean punches build streaks and multipliers. Sloppy ones do not. Beat your last round, then climb the rankings.

In most boxing games, getting better at the game and getting better at boxing are unrelated. Here they are the same act, because the only way to score higher is to throw cleaner punches and keep working when the round gets long.
Individual punches and defensive moves repeated until the mechanics stop needing thought.
FOUNDATION TRAINING →Timed combination rounds against a ladder of rotating 1v1 opponents, with multipliers on the line.
COMPETITIVE TRAINING →Shadowbox freely, then review a breakdown of speed, technique, guard, footwork and work rate.
FULL-BODY ANALYSIS →The category moved twice. Most App Store results are still in the first column.

We go deeper on this in boxing games that use your body and VR boxing vs camera boxing.
Yes. StrikeLab is a camera-powered boxing game: you prop your iPhone up, stand a few feet back, and the front camera reads the punches you throw in the air. A real jab registers as a jab, so the game responds to your body instead of a screen tap.
No. The tracking runs entirely on your iPhone's front camera. There is no headset, no controller, no watch and no sensor to buy or charge.
StrikeLab is free to download and includes a permanent free tier with selected Learn drills and a starter fight combination. StrikeLab Pro unlocks the full combination library, Shadow mode, the 1v1 opponent ladder and Locker Room customization.
Yes. The rounds ask for hundreds of real punches with movement and defense between them, which is the same work you would do shadowboxing. Your conditioning comes from the punches you actually throw, not from anything the game simulates.
Roughly six feet by six feet of clear floor, plus enough distance from the phone that your upper body stays in frame. A living room is usually plenty.
Beginners are the starting point. Learn mode drills individual punches and defensive moves before anything gets combined, so you build the movements before you are asked to chain them under time pressure.
Jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts from both hands, straights and hooks to the body, plus defensive movement including slips left and right and ducking under attacks.
